They do look sharp! Maybe it's bone? Would definitely be edged enough to hurt, people have made knives out of bone! And just about anything slightly sharpened can do damage with the right applied force and a, er, target with enough give. Plus, there's enough of them that trying to dodge one could back him right into a crowd of more. And also they're all on fire. D:
