Eh. Like I've mentioned elsewhere in this thread, a lot of people in the village are probably related in some way or other (including, for example, probably the Viitanens and Kuikkas, though there isn't actual canon evidence for it) - that's what happens in places with small populations. And something like a third/fourth cousin... that's a pretty distant relation.

It's the kind of thing that looks weird on the surface, but becomes pretty shrugworthy once one knows the details. Especially if it's people that did not grow up together - and everyone would know that Hannu and Ville didn't.
