This chapter has the highest quality Sigrun content of all Sigrun content.


Also, I am so impressed by Lalli's memory, god damn.

Yeah, that! I was wondering on this re-read if he was interested in that particular aspect. (The first time through, I thought he'd just not expected to see anyone in there at all, the walking on water part never even crossed my mind. I don't think I even realized it was an issue for Lalli!)


Now I wonder if Lalli and Onni ever communicated by dream before and how. Where did Reynir even find his boat?

(I KNOW Lalli's probably just thinking "Fucking hell I wish I could walk on water like that dude, it would be so much easier" but that's... not how it comes off, lol)

I just noticed that on page 270 Emil uses the exact same excuse, wording and all, that Sigrun used when he broke the side-view mirror of the Cat-Tank about the book... but this time on Sigrun, haha.
