Anyway - Jesus, what a whiplash. VERY GHASTLY, WOW. Looks like there are trapped spirits, and it's... setting them free. That can't be good. D:

I thought "Mr. Human-horse" was just a horse with deformed extra legs but now i'm wondering if it has some human spirit merged to it too... eugh.

Hmmm... wasn't the human-horse originally the ghost that had absorbed the sea-troll's life force? And then the horse got added to it. I can't go back and check right now. But that'd make it more like... a small ghost-giant (?!) or something. Creepy.

Those buildings do look an awful lot like the ones in the neighbourhood of the University Hospital, though.... just did drop my theory in a comment.

I had thought the sjødraug ghost just killed the horse beast whose spirit then joined the other ghosts, but yeah, now that I looked at p. 537 again it does seem like it's absorbing it. (How did I miss this ?!)

Ah, such a cozy and utterly non-creepy page. I'm glad Sigrun's in a good mood, though. :D I'll just concentrate on her, not on the weekend cliffhanger that's probably looming. Yep.

It's a good question. I have no idea what - unless it isn't seeing? Maybe the radio conversation caught Lalli's attention? And he recognizes Onni's voice and is like "Okay, Reynir, what did you do NOW" because there are only so many reasons that Onni might be calling them at this hour?

If it turns out to be Onni-related, I'm hoping it's to tell the rest of the crew about the dream and Priest Lady A. I was just telling Elleth yesterday that I really hope she doesn't become irrelevant; there were just too many pages spent on her for it to turn out that she's "only" a ghost and nothing more, can't impact the plot, etc. So maybe Lalli's about to get some upsetting news about finding a church right before he can sleep, hee. :)

Reynir is eeping because Onni is going to have A Word with him about messing with dead people. Or something of the sort. Maybe. xD /oh gods it's 6 AM, thinking is hard.

Yeah, there were wayyyy too many pages spent on Pastor A to just drop her. I bet she's going to pop up again (and hopefully we'll eventually find out her name as well). ...Something tells me Lalli's not going to get much rest today.

It almost looks like as if Lalli was asking Reynir "is this your fault somehow". :P Seriously though, if it's something attacking them, it is doing so in daylight. This far the ghosts have had to stick to the shadows, and if they have changed their habits, that's not good at all..

I know! XD That's why I love them so much! I like to imagine if they collaborated together, it would look something like this.

But, oh dear, I hope the ghosts have not changed their habits! That would be bad! (But also a pretty evil place to end the entire chapter too, actually. >:3 )

xD I hope they have to work together at some point.

There definitely isn't enough of the chapter left for the ghost situation to be solved for good, so I think there's a good chance that the chapter ends in the middle of something. (Hmm, also most chapters have ended at evening but this time they just got up.)
