Could be Tuuri... if she's got the rash, there's no reason why she can't go outside while they wait for it to kill her/search for a solution. She probably should spend a lot of time outside/far away from Reynir so that he doesn't get infected too. And Tuuri has always wanted to go outside more and see more of the silent world, so she might sort of like it? (Apart from the "likely to horribly die" part...)
