Don't tell me that Onni's gone and lost his luonto. Mph.

It'd make sense considering the effort, but... eh, I hope it's not that (considering this device has already been used).

Pretty sure his luonto was burned to a crisp before he was? I'd be surprised if it didn't need time to recover after that... but yeah, we already did the comatose mage, so maybe Onni can wake up anyway since he's much stronger than Lalli or something.

I have a theory though! Do we know how they figure out if someone is immune or not? If it's like a bloodtest or something similar, Onni might have bribed whoever tested it to make them falsify Tuuri's record and make it look like she was not immune so she'd think she couldn't go out into the daaaaangerous silent world and stay safely in the city. Onni is afraid enough of the silent world that I can see him doing that to protect his sister... so maybe Tuuri is secretly immune?

That would mean Onni will be out a couple days longer to keep things dramatic, since his reaction when told would pretty much give it away to the readers if it is that way. That way there can be drama and angst and the cast panicking and trying to find a solution (maybe poking at that failed not-cure they found) and stuff. Because seriously, killing one of such a limited cast of main characters off would be a bit weird, but just ~finding~ a cure this fast would be silly, since people have been searching for decades.

I dunno, maybe. I'm not sure how to interpret that page.

I'm not sure how they figure out immunity - probably a bloodtest. Your idea is possible, but I dunno if Onni is smart enough to come up with a crafty idea like that, pffff.

.....well, that answers that question. Guess he can't flip out if he's out cold. (Holy shit at those burn marks.) Hm. Look at that nice jaw line, though.
