I... do suppose "their lives" may count as spoils in this case. :D

And - how would you people feel to collaborate on something for Minna for reaching such a milestone? I don't really have an idea beyond that, but maybe someone does?

I really like this page! :D And the fact that it looks like a family vacation photo in the second panel!

I'm not sure what we can do for this page, but for page 1,000, maybe starting around page 900 we can start plotting and doing something by then (like a scrapbook thing to send to Minna as one huge thank you from her fans? With letters, fanarts, photos, etc? Heck, I'll even make her a plush doll! :D Although I don't know which character is her favorite...or I'll make the whole team, just for her. But they'll be Kimbi-sized, not large sized.)

*dies* The family vacation photo, yes. I hope that PDA in the comments was enough of a demonstration of how much yes that is to me. Sigrun was asking for a vacation, after all! (Does it even count as a proper Norwegian relaxation attempt without almost-dying twice the same evening?)

I really, really love the scrapbook suggestion as well, at least as a more long-term thing to coordinate, that is wonderful! I was thinking something simpler and easier here as well, like a piece of fanart? Although all that's coming to mind is a Watcher cake with 500 Splamp candles, and Sigrun, Mikkel and Emil not quite trusting their eyes... ?

Oh my gosh, I didn't even realize, but you're right, it does look like a vacation photo. Now I won't be able to unsee it. :D

The idea of a 1k celebration also sounds good. Or even for 750, maybe.

Good lord, Sigrun's expression in panel two is just priceless.

Anyway re: for page 500, it's pretty short notice, but doable I think. Especially if combined with the fact that this is the 10th chapter - that's a milestone in itself, too.

There have been collaborative celebrations before - I remember that for Minna's birthday, the forum did a collaborative thing involving a looot of cat drawings.

From what I remember of previous "gifts for Minna" conversations, image-based is always best (anything physical is out - she doesn't give out addresses). So... fanarts and edits, basically. But I don't have any specific ideas right now, unfortunately. :Va

Poor Sigrun, she looks like she's so totally had it with this whole day. That look just screams "Okay, so, blobs on fire? I don't know, and I don't want to know."


Also awwwwwww at Mikkel grabbing Emil out of harm's way. What a big squishy papa bear.
