Two hours of walking... That doesn't sound good at all. Hopefully they didn't get anywhere near that far. Especially since it'll be pitch black. Like Minna pointed out. ...I wonder if that's hinting at anything. D:

If it was just exhaustion, Mikkel could probably carry Sigrun, but with hypothermia looming, it's better if she keeps moving until they find the tank, or shelter, or she drops... yeaaah, I wonder how much more dangerous night can be. They barely survived day!

Not gonna lie, I enjoy the thought of him carrying her, but with hypothermia, maybe not such a good idea. ><

I kind of want to see something of how dangerous night is, because we haven't really had a chance to look at that, but... current circumstances would probably not be best. I'd love to see it through Lalli's eyes, tbh, because he must come across some totally weird/horrible shit on a day to day basis.

Mikkel is probably reaaaaally warm, so it might not have been such a bad decision. Luckily it turned out not to be necessary XD

Yes! I hope we get a "Lalli creeps through the night like a sneaky cat" chapter soon. I wonder how and why someone decides to be a night scout... it's basically the most dangerous job. It means going in alone, into unknown, dangerous territory, at the most dangerous time... but it doesn't require talking to people much, so I guess it suits Lalli XDD

I think this is the main part of it. Lalli isn't the most social guy, so working alone and (like you mentioned) not having to talk to people suits him! It means he can just get things done, focus on the task, and deal with what comes. And even if it's dangerous, well - he can handle that. :D He seems really confident in his abilities.

So everything is terrible, but I giggled at the last panel. They're gonna have to get Sigrun a cone. Or something. Mittens.

I was laughing at Mikkel's resigned voice (at least I imagined that'd be what he'd sound like), but oh my god. I just know Sigrun would find a way to make safety mittens into a weapon to heckle Mikkel with for putting them on her in the first place. >:D

"*bop* Hey Doc. *bop* Hey Doc. *bop* Hey Doc."

Ad nauseum until Mikkel just cracks and goes outside to stare into the campfire for hours and wonder if this was all worth it.

Yes. Forget the terrible. Just imagine well-fed, well-rested, warm, dry Sigrun bopping everybody with her safety mittens to stave off desperate boredom.

Okay, I was wrong, Sigrun's awesome expressions came back in this one. The "This sucks and it's going to suck even more isn't it?" look.
