Probably not. Onni tried to call the morning after the church visit, but Mikkel cut him off: http://www.sssscomic.com/comic.php?page=579.

Onni was there again for the radio call the same afternoon after the hospital raid on http://www.sssscomic.com/comic.php?page=617, but Lalli was asleep at that point, so unless Tuuri passed along a message from either Onni or Reynir during some offscreen moment, Lalli can't know, so there is double incomprehensibility there, language barrier and message. Fun.
